Barbara Roach of Jubilee Music Artists announces the signing of the Mark Dubbeld Family for radio promotions and other special events.  Mark Dubbeld has been singing gospel music since the age of fifteen.  Mark's wife, Janene, writes most of the music for the family group.  Mark and Janene, along with their children, make their home in Moneta, VA.
